EMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH, DAYTON

 

Emanuel Lutheran was established in late 1868. The church was built in 1912. Emanuel joined the ELCA in 1988. Our Mission is "To Joyfully Share Our Faith". Our Vision is to "Enable everyone to become a Faithful Follower of Jesus Christ". Emanuel can be described as a small rural Iowa congregation who strives to make a difference in our community, state and world. Emanuel is involved in numerous missions both locally and globally. Although we are not big city big, we have an active congregation representing all age groups, an active Sunday School and Youth program, and a family friendly atmosphere.
